Project
The project shares the development of the North West - South West zone of the Northern Lake of Tunis (227 ha). The assignment includes the allotment of District D (65,5 Ha) which id a priority area within the whole development. The project includes the construction of large embankments in compressible zone.
Our mission
The services of SCET-TUNISIE focused on:
- Urban planning studies of the development area (urban planning, landscaping and public spaces planning) / Drawings / Reports / Urban planning regulations
- Design of the infrastructure networks during the Preliminary design phase
Detailed design and tender documents (roads, electricity and street lighting, drinking water supply, sewage treatment, rainwater drainage, gas, telecommunications network)
- Environmental assessment of the site (project with high environmental impact)
- Traffic and transport studies
- Development of 3D views of the project
